Put Crunchie Bars into the Thermomix bowl and crush them for 10-20 seconds at speed 5. Set aside.
Combine sugar, cocoa powder, and egg in the bowl, and mix for 20 seconds at speed 10.
Insert the Butterfly into the bowl, add whipping cream, and beat for approximately 60 seconds at speed 4.
Line a rectangular baking tray (such as a lamington tray) with baking paper.
Arrange malt biscuits in the tray.
Spread the cream mixture over them, and evenly sprinkle the crushed Crunchie Bars on top.
Add another layer of malt biscuits over the cream, aligning them in the same direction as the base.
Place the tray in the freezer until it sets, then serve.
