Making the Coleslaw

1. Start by attaching the shredding disc to your Thermomix and shred the cabbage and carrots.
2. You can adjust the texture to your liking by controlling the speed and duration.
3. Remove the shredding disc and replace it with the chopping/mixing blade.
4. Add the grated apple and finely chopped onion to the Thermomix bowl.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add mayonnaise to the bowl.
7. Mix the ingredients together using the Thermomix.
8. Start at a low speed and gradually increase it until the coleslaw reaches the desired consistency.
9. Be careful not to overmix; you want the coleslaw to have some texture.
10. Taste the coleslaw and adjust the seasoning or mayonnaise if necessary.
11. Once the coleslaw is well mixed, transfer it to a serving bowl.
