Making the Avocado Dip

Peel and pit the avocados, then place them in the Thermomix bowl.
Add the chopped onion, red chili (remove the seeds for a milder dip), cream cheese, diced tomato, and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
Close the lid of the Thermomix and blend the ingredients until you achieve the desired consistency.
This should take just a few seconds, as you want to maintain some texture in the dip.
Once the dip is well blended and has reached the desired consistency, stop the Thermomix.
Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning, if necessary.
