Making the Guacamole

1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into the Thermomix bowl.
2. Add the diced tomato, chopped red onion, minced garlic, and finely chopped chili pepper to the bowl.
3. Squeeze the juice of one lemon into the bowl. Adjust the amount of lemon juice to your taste.
4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Start with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper and adjust to your preference.
5. Close the Thermomix lid and blend the ingredients at a low speed until you reach your desired consistency.
6. Be careful not to overmix; you want it to be a bit chunky.
7. Taste the guacamole and adjust the seasoning if necessary by adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice.
8. Serve the guacamole immediately with tortilla chips, as a topping for tacos or nachos, or as a side dish.
