Making the Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Boil the Chicken in a pot of water until cooked
Remove all the chicken meat from the bones
Chop the broccoli head into small pieces
Mix the chicken, mayonnaise, curry powder, cream of chicken soup and lemon juice ingredients in a bowl
Put the mixed ingredients into a casserole ovenproof dish
Top with the grated cheese and cornflake crumbs
Cook the chicken and broccoli dish in the oven on 180 degrees celsius for 15 - 20 minutes or until crisp
