Making the Basil Pesto Dip

Add the olive oil and white vinegar, then mix for a few seconds to combine.

Process the mixture until you reach your desired consistency.
You can make it smooth or leave it slightly chunky. This usually takes about 20-30 seconds.
Taste the pesto and season with salt and pepper as needed. Pulse briefly to mix in the seasonings.
Scrape down the sides of the Thermomix bowl with your spatula to ensure all the ingredients are well combined.
Transfer the basil pesto dip to a serving bowl.
