Tuna Dip Ingredients

¼ Cup Parsley
chopped
¼ Cup Walnuts
chopped
¼ Cup Onion
finely chopped
¼ Cup Mayonnaise
115 g Cream Cheese
softened
170 g Tuna
drained (1 can tuna in water is about 6 oz or 170g)
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste

Making the Tuna Dip

Place the drained tuna, cream cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, walnuts, and chopped onion into the Thermomix bowl.
Season with a pinch of salt and a dash of black pepper to taste.
Blend the ingredients in the Thermomix at medium speed for about 20-30 seconds.
Blend until the mixture is well combined and has a smooth consistency.
You may need to scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula and blend again if needed.
Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning with more salt and pepper if necessary.
Once you are satisfied with the taste and consistency, transfer the tuna dip to a serving bowl.
You can garnish the dip with some extra chopped parsley and walnuts if desired.
Serve the tuna dip with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
