Sundried Tomato Dip Ingredients

150 g Sundried Tomatoes
drained if packed in oil
200 g Cream Cheese
2 Garlic Clove
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Basil
dried
Salt
adjust to taste
Pepper
adjust to taste
Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
for some heat (optional)

Making the Sundried Tomato Dip

Place the sundried tomatoes, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil, and dried basil in your Thermomix bowl.
Add the red pepper flakes if you like some heat.
Process the ingredients in your Thermomix until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
This may take 1-2 minutes, depending on the speed and power of your machine.
Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Blend again briefly to incorporate the seasoning.
Transfer the sundried tomato dip to a serving bowl or container.
